对在毛里求斯触礁搁浅日本油轮的救援工作暂告成功。自周一晚,挂巴拿马国旗的Wakashio(若潮号)油轮上的漏油得到了控制。法国与日本的救援队应该从周三起开始清理海面和海滩,现在最大的风险是搁浅油轮随时可能断裂。
据本台RFI法广特派记者Abdoollah 周三(2020年8月12日)发自毛里求斯首都路易港(Port-Louis)的报道,在现场的专家们都同意,这艘300米长的油轮在水中一断为两的风险很高。那将可能发生二次灾难。因此,对Wakashio(若潮号)上石油制品的清理抢救,正在积极展开。
漏油事故有加重风险
来自现场的报道说,出现漏油的主要储油舱及其它不幸意外,现已清空了所剩的2500多吨碳氢化合物。别的油罐里还保存了200吨柴油,造成本次海上漏油事故有进一步加重的潜在风险。目前的评估认为,有1000吨重油泄在毛里求斯海域。对当地造成的灾难显而易见,当地东南沿海的其它村庄也被波及。
为了保护这片水域,自愿人员现已布下稻草绳,与此同时,外国专业人员准备回收海面上的浮油和清理沿岸。继法国救援人员之后,联合国的一支团队周二抵达,按计划周三还有一批日本专家加入。
